Return conditions

Submit return request

All return requests must be submitted via the website. To access the page you are required to be logged in on the website. For more information you can contact our IT-department on website@reedijkgroup.com. After registering your account you can submit the return request on the website.

A return request for wheels needs to meet the following conditions:

  • The products must have been delivered by Reedijk Wheels and Tyres Group
  • You are required to provide an order number or an invoice number.
  • The products need to be clean and free of debris (e.g. brake dust)(1)
  • Before sending a confirmation of your request our after-sales team will verify the return request
  • You need to provide a clear description regarding the reason for the return request.
  • Any possible damage or cosmetic anomalies should be marked. (e.g. with a sticker)
  • Damage occurred during transport should be reported within one business day
  • Tears and dents after usage will not be considered for warranty
  • Wheels with curb damage will not be considered for warranty
  • If possible please return the products in the original packaging, otherwise make sure to pack it with sufficient protection
  • Mounted wheels with the wrong fitment will not be considered for warranty

After registering RMA

Our team will assess your return request after submission. Before we will pick up the goods you are required to have received the RMA form of Reedijk Wheels and Tyres Group. This form needs to be provided with the return shipment.
We will start scheduling the return shipment when we have sent you the RMA form. In consultation with both you and the transporting party we will pick a date for shipment.

Shipping requirements:

  • If possible please return the products in the original packaging, otherwise make sure to pack it with sufficient protection
  • The RMA form must be provided with the shipment

The products are received by Reedijk Wheels and Tyres Group

  • Our quality manager will inspect and judge your goods
  • After judging the goods you will be notified with our findings.
  • After agreement the RMA order will be credited and you will receive a credit invoice

Please note that when goods were ordered incorrectly or refused or had not been delivered to the agreed upon location, you will be charged for the costs of the return order. Those costs always consist the transportation costs of both the delivery and the retrieval. This will always be a minimum of € 40,00.
